I ordered from Olivieri 1882 once and, i mean, the price felt fair to me. It’s not, like, the cheapest option out there or anything, but the quality was really good, so it didn’t feel overpriced at all. I’d probably buy from them again...

I ordered from Olivieri1882 for the first time and overall had a good experience. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the cake showed up tasting fresh and soft, which was the main thing I cared about.

The packaging was solid too. Nothing was smashed or messy when I opened it, and the cake wasn’t dry at all, so that was a nice surprise for something being delivered.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that delivery took a bit longer than I was hoping. Still, the quality held up really well, so I’d recommend giving them a try if you’re thinking about ordering.

I reached out to Olivieri 1882 because I wasn’t totally sure when my order was going to arrive. They got back to me quickly, not immediately, actually, but within the same day, and the answer was clear enough that I knew what to expect.

Everything showed up fine in the end. I’d give it 4 stars because I do wish there had been a little more tracking info upfront, but their customer service was polite and genuinely helpful.

I found what I needed quickly, which I always appreciate because I have zero patience for digging around on a website. Checkout was simple too, no weird steps or confusing pop-ups. I was on my phone the whole time, probably while half-watching TV and pretending to fold laundry, and everything worked fine with no issues.

The tracking worked well overall, and most updates came through fairly quickly. One status didn’t change for about a day, so I kind of assumed it was just one of those usual system delays rather than an actual issue. Sure enough, the package still showed up when it was supposed to. Nothing major to complain about.

I’ve ordered a few times now, and there’s definitely a pattern: I look for something, it’s in stock, and the whole process is easy. No hunting around or settling for something else. So far, I’ve always been able to get exactly what I wanted...

Ordered because Olivieri 1882 has a big name. It was fine. Not bad, just not as special as I expected for the price.

I ordered a panettone from Olivieri 1882 and, shockingly, it was actually worth the hype. Soft, buttery, and not even remotely dry, which is apparently too much to ask from most panettone. The orange and chocolate flavor was really nice too, sweet, but not in a “please take this away from me” kind of way. We finished it embarrassingly fast, so yes, I’d definitely buy it again.

I ordered from abroad the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely changed for days, so it kind of felt like the package was just sitting around somewhere and no one was really keeping an eye on it. When it finally showed up, the box was a bit beat up too. Not the best experience

I was disappointed when my order from Olivieri1882 arrived. The box was crushed on one side, and in my opinion there just wasn’t enough protection inside for something at that price. The product itself wasn’t completely ruined, but it definitely didn’t feel like much care went into packing it

I ordered this as a birthday gift, but when it arrived, the packaging looked basic. Even the box just felt kind of plain, with no little detail that made it feel special. I still gave it, but it felt a bit awkward because I was expecting it to look more gift-worthy.

I gave it a try, but the ingredients tasted cheap to me. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I expected something a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again
